Article by Emmy M. and Photograph by Emily H.For the winter break, the kindergarten classes are learning about all the different holidays people celebrate. In the picture to the right, Ms. Saliny is painting the hands of one of the children. The children then make two hand prints on paper. They then washed their hands and paint one candle above each finger on the paper like a menorah. Each child got to do this project. They also did many other arts and crafts projects for other holidays too. The kindergarteners seem to be having fun learning and getting ready for break!
